A two-story blue house with many windows, a wooden pergola structure under construction, and bare ground in the yard. As an experienced exterior contractor, we specialize in enhancing homes like this one, while trees are visible in the background under a partly cloudy sky.
A white detached garage with a partially open door sits next to a large black dumpster filled with debris and construction materials on a cloudy day—evidence of ongoing work by an experienced exterior contractor.
View from a rooftop looking down at grey shingles and a roof valley, with a lower house, trees, and children’s toys visible in the background. A brown shoe is seen at the bottom edge of the image—an everyday perspective for an experienced roofing contractor.
A close-up view of a white rain gutter system attached to the edge of a roof, installed expertly by an exterior contractor, showing the soffit, fascia, and a downspout that bends and runs down alongside a dark-painted exterior wall.
Wide bay window overlooking a driveway with parked cars, a curved sidewalk, leafless trees, and a potted plant with red decorations outside. One window pane still has Norandex labels affixed—a subtle reminder of recent storm damage repair done by a reputable siding contractor.
A gray metal garage with a white overhead door sits in a grassy yard with bare trees under a clear blue sky, expertly maintained by an exterior contractor specializing in storm damage repair.
Light gray split-level house with large chimney, multiple windows, brown trim, bare trees, and patches of snow covering the ground and steps. A red planter sits near the house, and the overall scene looks wintry—ideal for a siding contractor or exterior contractor to assess possible repairs or enhancements after harsh winter weather.

A sunlight-lit log cabin wall, skillfully updated by an exterior contractor, features an AC unit mounted above a patched section of lighter, new wood siding—a testament to recent storm damage repair. An open door, pipes, and a lantern are also visible.

I had an odd roofing situation that needed to get taken quickly while I was out of town. Luckily they made the repair process quick, easy and painless. I was even able to handle the billing procedure remotely which was a huge help considering the situation. Highly recommend!

If I ever need or know anyone in or around Brainerd mn that needs work done on their roof or anything else I will be calling Koska construction again. Loren went far beyond my expectations and did an incredible job.

We had put off our roof replacement for as long as we could and started getting estimates together. I called 4-5 people total and that’s when I noticed that Loren was going to be better than the rest. His estimate was the best looking and easily the most professional. He had some questions for me about my existing roof that I didn’t have the answers for, so he dropped what he was doing and immediately came over to get things straightened out.

When it came time to start the roof he was on time and had excellent communication. His team arrived and worked very fast. I have a complex roof with very steep slopes with a flat portion at the very top and they didn’t hesitate with any of it. When something came up he would tell me about it and by the time I would respond back he had already handled it.

Along with my roof needing work I had some soffit and facia issues from a storm. I never brought it up to him as I wasn’t terribly concerned. He asked if I’d like it fixed and I agreed. I’m glad I did! He had to recreate an entire soffit and facia from scratch and it looks amazing. My house looks much better after they were finished.

I came home from work one night, knowing he was going to be there, and noticed that he did a bunch of small things and fixes around my windows, around the siding, one of my gutters. He fixed it all and he didn’t ask for anything in return. I’m amazed.

His pricing was better then the other companies I had started this journey with and I can guarantee the work he did is leaps ahead of them as well.

Thank you Loren, you have taken very good care of us and I will 1000% use your company again.
